Ascom Americas Appoints Craig Jaffe as Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Care

Ascom, a global leader in healthcare communications and workflow solutions, announced today the appointment of Craig Jaffe as Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Care for Ascom Americas. In this role, Jaffe will lead delivery, clinical consultation, project management, and customer success teams across the North America region, accelerating value for health systems and industries through scalable workflow technology implementations and exceptional customer experiences.

Ascom, a global leader in healthcare communications and workflow solutions, announced today the appointment of Craig Jaffe as Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Care for Ascom Americas. In this role, Jaffe will lead delivery, clinical consultation, project management, and customer success teams across the North America region, accelerating value for health systems and industries through scalable workflow technology implementations and exceptional customer experiences.

Jaffe brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry. Prior to joining Ascom, he spent eight years at GE HealthCare, where he led software delivery teams focused on project management, clinical consultation, and customer success. During his tenure, he collaborated with multiple vendors—including Ascom—to strengthen GE HealthCare’s patient monitoring portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Jaffe held leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company, PerfectServe, Slalom Consulting, and Healthcare Information Services, where he specialized in revenue cycle operations, population health, and nursing communication workflows. He has successfully driven large‑scale workflow technology implementations in partnership with strategic health systems, delivering measurable outcomes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Jaffe holds a Master of Health Systems Administration from Rush University Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois. He also earned a Lean Management Certificate from the University of Michigan.
